I live in a small town in Canada called north bay. The g8 summit is supposed to pass through here this weekend on it's way to huntsville. [Unedited]

Last night between 11 and 12 me and 4 other witness's saw numerous pairs of lights. They would move in a way nothing can move except an insect. They would dance with each other almost then disappear.
Then we would see another pairing. By the end we had seen 3 pairs and very last a extremly visibly green tinged light move in almost and x pattern then disappear.
I'm a 19 year old female.
Was there anyone else who saw things this night?
I wasn't really sure where to report this. A friend if mine told me about this site
