Editor's Note: Phil Harper of ITN productions gathered together 3 respective (former military) witnesses to what are arguably some of the most significant UFO events in history. Along with General Parviz Jafari, Colonel Charles Halt and Captain Robert Salas, Jose Lay, a director with CEFAA in Chile (a government agency that investigates "aerial phenomenon") and best selling author, Leslie Kean–this panel appeared on a live webcast, via ITN’s Truthloader channel on YouTube yesterday (9-5-13). Civilian pilot (UK) and UFO witness, Captain Ray Bowyer was scheduled to appear, but couldn't make it.
The panel moderated by Harper along with visual aids recounted the various events and offered their thoughts for moving Ufology forward. Questions from viewers were coming in live and a Q & A session occurred in the final segment of the presentation.
